“Member” or “Subscriber” refers to any individual or household enrolled in CompassionMD.
“Affiliate,” “Sales Agent,” or “Independent Account Executive” refers to individuals or entities who market or refer new subscribers to CompassionMD under our affiliate program.
CompassionMD is a telehealth membership service providing subscribers with access to licensed medical doctors for urgent care, medical advice, care guidance, second opinions, mental health support, and specialist services.
Your subscription (e.g., $29/month) includes your entire household, with transparent pricing provided before every visit.
CompassionMD does not replace your primary care physician, health insurance, or emergency services.
Our services are not health insurance and do not guarantee payment for hospitalizations, surgeries, or other major medical expenses.
Informational Purposes Only: The information, services, and advice provided through CompassionMD are for educational and guidance purposes only and are not a substitute for in-person care where clinically necessary.
No Guaranteed Outcomes: CompassionMD does not guarantee any specific diagnosis, treatment outcome, or result. Individual results vary.
Prescriptions: Prescriptions are provided solely at the discretion of the licensed physician. Controlled substances will not be prescribed under any circumstances.
Emergency Situations: If you are experiencing a medical emergency or believe you have a life-threatening condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use CompassionMD for emergency care.
Medical Content Accuracy: Health information and educational materials may not reflect the most current research or clinical guidelines.
Use of CompassionMD services may establish a doctor-patient relationship only when a licensed provider performs a telehealth visit and documents the encounter in accordance with applicable state law. Viewing website content, reading educational materials, or communicating with affiliates does not create a doctor–patient relationship.
CompassionMD operates an independent affiliate program for individuals who refer new subscribers.
Independent Contractor Status: Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees or agents of CompassionMD. They may not act as medical representatives.
Compliance Requirements: Affiliates must follow CompassionMD’s Policies & Procedures, marketing guidelines, and approved language when promoting CompassionMD services.
No Medical Advice: Affiliates are prohibited from giving medical advice of any kind. All medical questions must be directed to CompassionMD’s licensed providers.
Income Disclosure: Earnings from referrals are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort, referrals, and customer retention. Results vary.
Tools Provided: Affiliates receive a replicating website, back-office tracking tools, access to professional services, and a built-in payment system to manage referrals and commissions.
In compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines:
Affiliates must clearly disclose that they receive compensation for referrals.
Marketing must be truthful, accurate, and non-deceptive.
Any references to subscription pricing or visit fees must reflect actual costs (e.g., $29/month subscription, $29 urgent care visit, $39 medical guidance, $69 mental health).
Income claims must include appropriate disclaimers that results vary, and no earnings are guaranteed.
Testimonials featured by CompassionMD represent individual experiences. Results vary for each member. CompassionMD does not guarantee similar results.
CompassionMD may reference third-party products, services, or websites. These references do not imply endorsement. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or performance of third-party sites or services.
Certain services may not be available in all states due to telehealth regulations, licensing requirements, or other legal limitations. CompassionMD complies with all applicable federal and state laws governing telemedicine, direct-to-consumer healthcare, and affiliate marketing.
CompassionMD safeguards member health information in accordance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.
No system is completely secure. CompassionMD is not responsible for unauthorized access or data breaches beyond its reasonable control.
By using our services, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
CompassionMD services are provided “as-is” and “as available.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CompassionMD disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
Subscribers may cancel their membership at any time through the designated cancellation process.
CompassionMD reserves the right to modify fees, policies, or services with notice.
CompassionMD maintains a Patient Safety and Fair Care Council that establishes and enforces clinical standards.
Oversight: Not every consultation is reviewed, but the council monitors quality and ensures that all physicians meet CompassionMD’s standards for compassionate, fair care.
Member Feedback: Members may submit complaints or concerns through the message center or designated email address. All submissions are reviewed, and corrective actions are taken when appropriate.
CompassionMD may update these Disclaimers & Disclosures from time to time. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These disclaimers are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State] without regard to conflicts of law. Disputes shall be resolved under the dispute resolution process described in CompassionMD’s Terms of Service.
